I am Katharina, 21 years old and I will study for a semester in Manly from Sept. on. I will be studying at the International College of Management in South Manly therefore I am looking for a room close to Uni ( preferably walking distance).

I will arrive in Sydney around the 7th of Sept but I will spend a week in Cairns and start my semester the 16th so I would either need a room from beginning/ mid Sept. I will stay until mid Dec.

I am a very friendly, easy going, social young female who wants to improve her english skills but also experience the Aussie lifestyle. I am interested in a fully furnished room somewhere around South Manly. I am willing to pay max. $250/week (incl. bills) but I am not expecting to get all meals provided. I rather want to do that independently anyway. I love pets so that wouldn't be a problem.
