Rent: $190 week for your own, beautifully fully furnished room, living with only ONE other person in a separate room (private and quiet) in a townhouse in Campsie. Your room has its own computer, TV and DVD.
Expenses include bills (half) $25 week
and a weekly house CLEANER! (half) $30 week
(Rent $190 + Bills $25 + Cleaner $30 = $245 total a week.
Couples welcome at $300 per week).
Available to move in Saturday 26 July.
Holding interviews this weekend (18-20 July) for move in date Saturday 26 July. ( Lease term is 3 to 6 months (with possibilities of a longer term after initial period).

I am a nice young lady (who is tidy, intelligent and motivated) looking for a clean, well mannered person I get along with to share my 2 bedroom townhouse in Campsie – 12 km from Sydney CBD. Look up Campsie on www.whereis.com.au in relation to your work, uni etc BEFORE you email me. Townhouse is on Campsie Street which runs off the main street Beamish Street.
My lovely new housemate is:
* Neat and tidy
* Well mannered and respectful
* Has a job (if you do not have a job you must be able to pay the entire lease period of rent upfront)
* Pays the rent 2 weeks in advance and must give a 4 week bond payment upfront, no excuses.
* Be friendly to animals. I have a small dog
* Age range 18 – 40
* Must sign the lease agreement (basically covering general manners and respect)
Rent and bills etc are to be paid 2 weeks in advance.
Want a discount? Pay your entire lease period of rent upfront and receive a $5 discount per week.
