Homestay message
Hi,
My name is Peita, I live in a 3 Bedroom house in Maroubra in Sydney, I am across from Eastgardens shopping centre where you can catch a bus to anywhere in Sydney and the shopping, cinema's and resturants are fantastic. I am central to everything and you can get a bus to some of the best beaches in the world just outside my fron't door, well across the road anyway. I am also very close to all the Universities and the city central.
The room's are fully furnished and quite large. I have a dog and a cat that I love to bits, and at present I am also a student doing a 2 year advanced course in Media Studies, and yes I am a mature age student. I have been looking after homestay students for quite a few years and have a currnet childcare certificate and national police report.
The room's are large enough to accomodate 2 students that are related or friends this would bring the rent down quite a bit. The rooms are available know, I will look forward to hearing from you. Smoking is also okay outside only,I would prefer students who are looking for long term accomodation, but short term over the Xmas period is also okay.
