It is about 30 minutes to the city, 10 minutes to the beach
It’s in a quiet street with a bush and ocean outlook
You would have access to your own kitchen if you want to cook for yourself
There is a large pool if you are game for a swim in winter
Shops are close by
Bus stop is 2 minutes from the house
