Hi There,
I have a fully renovated modern home with 2 furnished rooms to rent in the South West of Sydney, bus at door to main railway station. Handy to many universities by public transport and/or private car.
Smoking only allowed outdoors.
Longer stay available on negotiation.
I am a responsible 23 year old male Surveyor who owns and lives in the home. My family lives five minutes away, my siblings are university graduates and students and my parents are professional people, my mother is a school teacher and my father an IT manager for a large accounting company. Therefore the environment is suited to someone who wants a little freedom from adult pressure but still have the security of parents living close by.
The cost of each room is $ Australian Dollars per week.
